Booking
All bookings must be reserved and paid for through the online booking system. We need to keep a digital record of each participant’s agreement to our terms and conditions and it allows us to plan our classes. You cannot book on behalf of another participant as they must fill in this information and agree to the waiver themselves. You will notice that most of our classes are run as courses. It is possible to book any session on the course as an individual lesson provided the course has not sold out. If you plan to do all of the sessions on the course there is a discount for booking the entire course rather than booking each lesson individually. Any sessions missed from a course booking will not be refunded, credited or carried over into a new course so please make sure you can commit to all dates in the course before booking.

Special Considerations
If you have a disability or medical condition we ask that you let us know in advance and tell us about any measures we may need to take to give you the best experience possible. We are not qualified to advise on whether or not an activity is suitable for you due to any medical reason. You must make this decision with the guidance of a qualified medical practitioner.

Getting There
All of our venues are easily accessible by public transport. Free parking is also available on site at Stanley Deason Leisure Centre and Moulescoomb Leisure Centre. If you are coming to our Moulescoomb venue by car, ensure that you enter your car registration into the parking validation system at reception so that you don’t get a parking ticket. Moulescoomb Leisure Centre charge a small fee of £1.80 for all entries to the facility. If you attend classes regularly, you may want to consider getting an annual pass for £14. This is separate charge to our classes and none of this money goes to Blue Moon Circus. With the exception of our open practice sessions, all of our classes begin with an instructor led warm up. Please ensure that you arrive with enough time to be ready to start the class on time. If you miss the warm up, for we cannot allow you to participate health and safety reasons. There are toilets, showers and changing facilities on site.

What To Wear
We recommend that you wear comfortable but not too loose fitting clothing which covers as much skin as possible. Leggings and a light, fitted long sleeve t-shirt is ideal. No shoes are allowed on the equipment or our carpeted mats. You are welcome to wear socks but this can make climbing more difficult. No jewellery or clothing with zippers or buttons as this can damage the equipment. We work in close proximity with others and share equipment in aerial circus classes. We ask that you practice good hygiene so that we can preserve our equipment and ensure everyone has an enjoyable experience. We will have wipes and deodorant at our classes which are free for anyone to use, please help yourself. Bring a water bottle and a small towel if you are prone to sweating.
